Passive Fire Works at St. James’s Palace, London
We were entrusted to carry out passive fire protection works at the historic St. James’s Palace in London, a royal residence steeped in history and tradition. The project involved fire-stopping service penetrations between living areas within the palace. This critical work aimed to enhance fire safety by preventing the spread of fire and smoke between compartments, ensuring the safety of residents and preserving the integrity of this iconic building.
Fire Damper Inspection and Maintenance Across Premier Inn and Beefeater Restaurants
BSML currently undertake a comprehensive fire damper inspection and maintenance contract for Premier Inn and Beefeater restaurants, covering approximately 120 sites. The scope of work involved annual inspections, reporting, and performing remedial works to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. With some of the larger sites housing up to 500 dampers, the project required meticulous planning and execution to meet the client's safety standards while minimizing disruption to their operations.
Fire Door Maintenance for easyJet by BSML
BSML has been entrusted with a comprehensive Fire Door Maintenance contract for easyJet, covering multiple locations across the UK. Key sites include easyJet’s head office, Training centres and prominent airport facilities, such as Luton and Gatwick airports. These locations are critical hubs for easyJet’s operations and require rigorous fire safety standards.
